BioCity Glasgow is a 20-acre life science campus in Newhouse, Lanarkshire, operated by Pioneer Group.
Occupying the former MSD research facility, the site provides over 130,000 sq ft of pharma-grade laboratory and office space with shared equipment, MHRA-licensed facilities and flexible leasing.
The campus includes MediCity Scotland, an adjacent medtech incubator.
Pioneer Group supports tenants through its accelerator programme and early-stage investment.
