Immuno-oncology therapies targeting the nfP2X7 cancer receptor

Biosceptre is a UK-headquartered clinical-stage biotechnology company developing cancer therapeutics based on its proprietary nfP2X7 platform.

The nfP2X7 receptor is a non-functional form of P2X7 expressed on cancer cells across a broad range of tumour types, enabling targeted therapeutic approaches.

The pipeline includes a CAR-T system, a monoclonal antibody programme, a peptide vaccine in Phase I trials, and a topical antibody formulation for basal cell carcinoma.

Diagnostic and veterinary therapeutic applications are also in development.
