Cardiff Medicentre

Cardiff Medicentre is a dedicated incubation facility providing office and laboratory space to early-stage biotech and healthcare companies.

Established in 1992 as the first incubator of its kind in the UK, it operates as a joint venture between Cardiff University and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board on the Heath Park campus.

The facility provides 32 units of flexible office and laboratory space, supported by access to university expertise, clinical networks, and business development services.
