Gene therapies targeting cancer stem cells in solid tumours
Cellinta is a pre-clinical biotechnology company developing highly selective gene therapies for solid tumour cancers.
Its platform identifies transcriptional regulatory circuits specific to cancer stem cells and deploys these in gene therapy vectors to deliver anti-cancer payloads selectively, disrupting multiple tumour-sustaining pathways and stimulating immune responses simultaneously.
The platform draws on foundational research in stem cell biology, synthetic biology, and cancer genomics from the University of Edinburgh.
