Discovery Park is a life sciences and enterprise campus occupying the former Pfizer global research and development site in Sandwich, Kent.

The park provides laboratory, office, manufacturing and warehousing facilities to companies across drug discovery, diagnostics, therapeutics and immunology.

It holds Enterprise Zone status, offering tenants streamlined planning and access to funding support.

The campus has hosted life sciences R&D continuously since the 1950s.
