Frontier Science (Scotland) is a not-for-profit contract research organisation providing data management, biostatistics, and quality assurance services for clinical trials.

The company works with both academic and commercial sponsors across all phases, with particular strength in large-scale international Phase II and III oncology trials.

It is affiliated with Frontier Science Foundation in the United States and Frontier Science in Greece, and has supported landmark breast cancer studies including HERA and OlympiA.
