Macomics is an immuno-oncology company developing precision medicines that modulate tumour-associated macrophages to enhance immune responses against cancer.

Founded by University of Edinburgh macrophage biology experts, the company's platform integrates human disease tissue analysis, multi-omics data mining and physiologically relevant cellular models to identify and validate novel TAM-specific therapeutic targets.

Its pipeline focuses on antibody programmes targeting disease-specific macrophage populations in solid tumours, with R&D facilities in Edinburgh and Cambridge.
