Newcastle Helix is a 24-acre urban innovation district in central Newcastle upon Tyne, developed through a partnership between Newcastle City Council, Newcastle University, and Legal & General.

The site brings together life science, data science, and urban science businesses, researchers, and public sector organisations.

Its anchor life science facility, The Biosphere, provides purpose-built laboratory and office space for more than 20 companies.
