ReNeuron is a biotechnology company developing a stem cell-derived exosome platform for targeted therapeutic delivery.

Founded on over two decades of stem cell science, including the world's first clinical trial of conditionally immortalised neural stem cell therapy for stroke disability, the company has pivoted to engineering exosomes as drug delivery vehicles.

ReNeuron relaunched as a private company in 2025 following administration and has established a new research base at Swansea University's Institute of Life Science.
