aTen Therapeutics is a Scottish pre-clinical biotechnology company developing therapeutic monoclonal antibodies against the angiotensin-II type I receptor (AT1R), which is overexpressed across a range of cancers.

Its lead candidate, Tensinumab (ATN-E11), is a human monoclonal antibody generated via phage display that inhibits tumour growth and reduces invasion and metastasis in experimental cancer models.

The primary clinical target is breast cancer, with additional research into AT1R-driven disease in other therapeutic areas.
