Dxcover is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing a blood-based multi-cancer early detection test.

Its platform applies infrared spectroscopy to a dried blood spot to capture a pan-omic biological signature spanning proteins, lipids, metabolites, and nucleic acids simultaneously.

Machine learning algorithms interpret the resulting spectral data to identify cancer signatures at early stages, with proof-of-concept demonstrated across brain, colorectal, lung, and pancreatic cancers.

The company is commercialising the test in the UK, EU, and US markets.
