The company's platform spans IgE, IgA, and IgG isotypes, enabling selection of the most appropriate antibody format for a given tumour type.

Its lead candidate MOv18 IgE, the first IgE antibody to enter clinical trials, is in a Phase Ib study targeting platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.

Following the 2025 acquisition of US-based TigaTx, Epsilogen has added IgA-based assets to its pipeline.
