The platform engineers tumour-colonising bacteria to break down stromal barriers that exclude immune cells, aiming to increase response rates to existing immunotherapies in patients with immune-cold tumours.

Lead programmes target colorectal and pancreatic cancers, with first-in-human trials planned for 2027.
