British In Vitro Diagnostics Association

The British In Vitro Diagnostics Association (BIVDA) is the national trade body for the UK IVD industry, representing over 200 manufacturers and distributors of in vitro diagnostic products.

BIVDA advocates on behalf of its members to government, the NHS and professional bodies, and engages with international regulatory bodies including MedTech Europe.

Its work covers regulatory affairs, market access, clinical utility and health policy, serving companies from UK start-ups to UK subsidiaries of multinational corporations.
