Using a humanised TCR mouse platform to generate high-affinity, antigen-specific human T cell receptors, the company engineers bispecific molecules that redirect a patient's own T cells to eliminate tumour cells or pathogenic immune cells.

Its platform can access intracellular targets unreachable by antibody-based approaches, enabling first-in-class drug programmes across oncology and immunology.
