LIfT BioSciences is a biotechnology company developing a first-in-class allogeneic neutrophil immunotherapy for the treatment of solid tumours.

Its platform produces Immuno-Modulatory Alpha Neutrophils (IMANs) from donor haematopoietic or induced pluripotent stem cells using a proprietary enhancement process. IMANs kill cancer cells through antigen-independent mechanisms and reprogram the tumour microenvironment to recruit broader immune responses.

The company is advancing its lead programme towards first-in-human clinical trials and is developing next-generation CAR-IMAN variants with pharmaceutical partners.
