Resolution Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotech developing regenerative macrophage therapies for inflammatory and fibrotic diseases.
Its platform harnesses the tissue-repairing properties of macrophages, engineering them to deliver anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory effects at sites of organ damage.
The lead programme, RTX001, is an autologous engineered macrophage therapy in a Phase I/II trial for end-stage liver disease.
The pipeline extends into graft-versus-host disease and lung fibrosis. The company has raised £73.5 million, backed by Syncona.
